| Follow-up Some items you plan will require follow-up. When so marked, a prompt will appear as the item is marked done asking if you’d like to schedule a follow-up. If you respond "yes", Above & Beyond 4.0 duplicates the item and allows you to choose the time of the follow-up. Because you are prompted each time until you answer "no", you can ensure all steps in a project will be completed. |

| More/Less Work load balancing is all encompassing. When you want direct control over today's schedule, use the new More/Less commands to thicken or thin the day's plans. To add or remove one fluid item from the current day, use Ctrl+M (More) and Ctrl+L (Less). Priority determines which item moves. |

| Nearest Above & Beyond 4.0 introduces the Nearest feature, a new aspect in the recurring definition box. With Nearest aspect, you can, for example, schedule something for the last business day of every month by clicking M-F and 31. |
