| Surprise List Time accounting is quick and easy with the new Surprise List. This lists things you do often yet don’t schedule ahead of time, e.g. an incoming phone call. No need to type in the text, just select it from the Surprise List. The item is then inserted into your schedule as a completed item with the duration automatically computed from the end of the last item completed. |

Handle Interruption When you have the timer running on a started item, you can handle time accounting for interruptions. Pressing the Pause key brings up the new interruption dialog box where you can enter a description of the interruption. When the interruption is over, press OK and the item will be inserted into your day with all times computed automatically and the started item’s timer will resume. |
